This is the perfect location for a large summer celebration! The Rotunda rental includes indoor seating for 32, and amenities such as a refrigerator, deep freezer, coffee maker and microwave. Bathrooms are located inside the building. Also included in your rental is a large outdoor shelter with a capacity of up to 100, which sits adjacent to the Rotunda. A playground is located next to the shelter.

All Day Fees:
$400 residents - $600 non-residents
$250 Security Deposit
$25 Party Enhancers (additional insurance required through vendor or theeventhelper.com)

Labor Day - October 30: 9 am - 7 pm
Grills are allowed outside
4 round tables (66" diameter) and 40 chairs in the Rotunda
Alcohol not permitted
Party Enhancer Example: Petting Zoo, Magician, Food Truck/Propane Grills, Inflatables.
No refunds will be issued for any party enhancer add on to the rental reservation.
